Run through this before the first production deploy. Every line is a question someone asked here.

Workflow
Copied 11 times
1. Env vars in BOTH Production and Preview on Vercel, exact same names as .env.local.
2. NEXT_PUBLIC_SITE_URL set to the production URL.
3. Supabase → Auth → URL Configuration: production URL with /** in Redirect URLs.
4. Region: put Vercel functions where your database is (vercel.json → "regions").
5. Run the smoke tests against the preview URL before promoting.
6. Check the function logs after the first real request.
