Forty people on rotating shifts, all swapping in WhatsApp, and a supervisor copying the results into a spreadsheet by hand. Now a swap is posted, claimed, and confirmed on one page, and the supervisor approves with a single click.

Bolt got me a working board in an evening. Getting the permissions right took another three weeks, because my first version let anyone claim anyone else's shift. A colleague found that within an hour of me sharing the link.
