My partner's salon now books itself while she works.

It handles her calendar, deposits, and the reminder text that cut no-shows from about one in five to one in twenty. Nine months from first commit to her actually trusting it with a full week.

Claude Code wrote nearly all of it. The hard part was never the code, it was the eight or so rules she keeps in her head about which treatments can overlap. I got those wrong three times before I sat down and wrote them out properly.
