Short links for internal docs that outlive the docs.

Our wiki moves pages constantly and every link in every message goes dead. Now we share a short link that we can repoint when a page moves. It has about two hundred links in it and I am the only one who maintains it.

v0 built the admin page. The lesson was governance, not code: within a month people were creating links for external campaigns, which the tool was never secured for. I now require sign-in with the company domain.
