Vercel build stuck after 'Collecting page data' for 40 min, no error
My deploy has been on "Building" for 40 minutes. Last line in the log:
Collecting page data ...
Nothing after that. Locally npm run build finishes in about a minute. I only added a sitemap page today (Cursor wrote it). Is Vercel down or is it me?
What I’ve tried
Cancelled and redeployed twice, same thing. Vercel status page says all systems operational.
Does your sitemap fetch every row from the database at build time? If it awaits something that never resolves (a DB client that keeps the connection open) the build just hangs until the timeout. dmitri_v · edited
