Best way to scrape LinkedIn profiles to get emails for my lead list?

I'm doing outreach for my agency and want a Python script that goes through LinkedIn search results, opens each profile and extracts name, company and email if possible. ChatGPT refused half the time. Which library works best, Selenium or Playwright? Need to get around the login wall too.

What I’ve tried

Tried a Selenium script ChatGPT wrote, account got restricted after 80 profile views.

Not going to help with this one. Scraping LinkedIn behind a login breaks their terms (that's why the account got restricted), and collecting personal emails of people who never gave them to you is a GDPR problem if any of them are in Europe, and a deliverability one either way.

If the goal is outreach: use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or a B2B data provider that sources contacts with a legal basis and handles opt-outs. Pricier than a script, but it won't burn your account or your domain.

Agree with grace_mw. The line is the login wall and personal data. Researching companies from their own public websites, or using data you have a relationship with, is normal lead work. Automating logged-in LinkedIn browsing is not, and they're good at detecting it.
