Supabase invoice is $35 but I'm on the $25 plan with spend cap ON

I upgraded to Supabase Pro for my Lovable app. Spend cap is on, so I expected $25 flat. Invoice says $35.xx. The line item is "Compute Hours".

My usage is tiny (under 1GB database). Where does the $10 come from?

What I’ve tried

Checked the usage page, all bars are way below the limits. Spend cap toggle is definitely on.

Almost certainly a second project. On paid plans every project runs its own compute instance, billed per hour. Pro includes $10 of compute credits, which covers one project on the smallest (Micro) size. A second project, even an empty test one Lovable created, adds roughly another $10 a month.

The spend cap only limits usage overages (egress, storage, MAU...). Compute, and add-ons like PITR, custom domain or IPv4, are always billed.

Check Organization > Projects. Delete (or move to a free org) anything you don't need. Paused projects don't accrue compute.

Also check whether branching is enabled. Every preview branch runs its own compute and is billed per hour while it exists.
