Rough rule of thumb for a normal CRUD app:

The things that actually cause surprise bills: images served through your own app instead of a CDN, and a cron job that runs every minute. Set a spend cap in Supabase and a usage alert in Vercel today, both take two minutes.

Hobby is for non-commercial use per their terms. The moment you charge money you should be on Pro, regardless of traffic. jonas_k · edited
