Paying for Cursor + Claude Pro + Lovable, is that silly? which one would you drop

Currently: Cursor Pro $20, Claude Pro $20, Lovable $25. Plus ChatGPT Plus I forgot about. That's ~$85/month and my app makes $0 so far.

I use Lovable for quick UI, Cursor to fix stuff, Claude Code for bigger changes. Honestly they overlap. What would you keep if you could only keep one or two?

What I’ve tried

Tried to go only Lovable for a month, got stuck on backend stuff. Tried only Claude Code, slower for UI tweaks for me.

Depends where your app is. If the UI is mostly done, Lovable is the one to drop: export to GitHub and continue with Claude Code or Cursor. If you're still in "figure out what the product is" mode, Lovable is great value and Cursor is the redundant one.

Claude Code + Cursor overlap the most for me. I kept Claude Code and use a free editor for small edits.

Keep one agent and one editor, max. Tool-hopping costs more in context switching than the subscriptions cost. Pick based on where you actually spend time, check your usage pages for the last 30 days.

I use all three and I'd drop Lovable first, only because Claude Code does decent UI if you give it a screenshot. But it depends on your own speed with each, no universal answer.

Counter view: $85 is nothing if it saves you 10 hours a month. Worry about subscriptions when you have revenue to compare against. Do cancel ChatGPT if you don't use it though.
