Unsure about: Performance

Lighthouse says 98. My phone disagrees. Would love a second pair of eyes on the images and the fonts.

Two easy wins: the hero image is a 3.1 MB PNG served at 400px wide (use next/image with sizes), and you load three font weights of two families; you use one weight of each. After that your phone will agree with Lighthouse.
