Normal risk review, very common for new accounts with new sales. You didn't necessarily do anything wrong.
What they typically check, and what speeds it up:
- Your website matches what you described in the account (product, prices).
- Public pages: terms, privacy policy, refund policy, contact info. Course and "digital product" businesses get extra scrutiny because of refund disputes.
- Business details and identity documents match.
- Statement descriptor recognizable (so customers don't dispute an unknown charge).
Answer everything they ask in the dashboard, be concrete about what you sell and to whom. Reviews usually take a few days. Payouts resume after; money isn't lost.
