Do I need TypeScript for a small v0 project?

v0 gives me TypeScript. It shows red squiggles I don't understand.

What I’ve tried

Considered switching to plain JS.

Keep it. Those squiggles are the AI's mistakes, caught before your users find them. Ask v0: 'Fix the TypeScript errors in this file without using any.' It can. Switching to JS turns the same mistakes into runtime crashes you find later.
